I love working with people and helping our patients achieve healthy mouths and a positive outlook about taking good care of their teeth. Getting to know each individual is a lot of fun! It’s rewarding to know how appreciative our patients are when we’ve exceeded their expectations.
The most enjoyable part of being a Dental Assistant for Peninah is seeing her patients appreciating the time she spends on educating, informing, and getting to know them. Helping patients who are “actually happy to be at the dentist” is truly gratifying for her.
“It’s very important to me that they feel comfortable, that they participate, and they understand the need for preventive care and how it relates to their well-being,” she explains
Susan has experience in all of the dental procedures we perform at NPDC and has been integral to the growth of NPDC as we incorporate new technologies. She is the maestro of our back office, and whether you have a cleaning or an appointment with Dr. Mugo coming up, there’s a great chance you’ll interact with Su at some point during your visit
